Returns policy

Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused, the security seal intact, and all original accessories and documentation must be included.

Once received at our atelier, each product is carefully inspected by our specialist team (processing time up to 3 business days). After approval, the refund is issued promptly using the original payment method.
