4. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract. The contract is concluded only once you receive our order confirmation via email.
The payment methods available are those displayed during checkout.
In cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized payments, or misuse of discount codes, we reserve the right to cancel orders.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all shipping details.
Delivery times may vary depending on region and shipping provider. Delays caused by force majeure (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, customs delays) are beyond our control.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Our return policy is governed by applicable legal regulations. Customers within the European Union, particularly in Germany, have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
